Our Nurse Navigators, along with our dedicated staff, will collaborate closely with you and your family to develop a comprehensive plan aimed at restoring and enhancing your quality of life.
Discharge
Discharge signifies your transition from hospital to home. To promote a smooth and successful recovery, our Nurse Navigators and team will coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure that all required resources are available at home, assisting you in managing daily activities effectively.
Follow Up
Our nursing team will schedule a follow-up appointment with both your primary care provider and surgeon as needed. The Nurse Navigators will also prepare a detailed report outlining your surgery and recovery, including important updates such as medication changes, lab results, discharge instructions, and consultations.
Phone Calls
Within three days after your discharge, you can expect a follow-up phone call from Nebraska Spine Hospital to check on your progress and address any concerns you may have.
